$50 per room is held for incidentals if booked through a third party.
Minimum length of stay will vary based on seasonality and local events. For example, some football weekends require a two-night stay. Please call Guest Services if you have any questions or issues that arise when booking your stay.
We will need to secure your booking with a credit or debit card up front. The cost of that deposit may vary, and during peak times we may require a nonrefundable deposit—but the remainder of your payment will be charged upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please check the exact policies for your reservation while booking.
Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. We ask that you bring a valid payment method upon check-in.
We understand that plans may change. If yours do, we ask that you let us know by 6pm local hotel time at least one day prior to your reservation to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax.

Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival unless booked with a deposit, which is non-refundable.
Yes, guests receive a text message at 9am to confirm if stayover service is requested.

While we love pets, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
Yes, we have portable cribs available at no charge. Just let the front desk know so that they can put it in your room before you arrive. We have games and puzzles in the lobby as well.
If you need a little extra time getting out, let us know. We’ll do our best to give you some more time, and we can always hold onto your bags if you want to explore a little more.
You must be 21 or older and present a valid ID to check in.
Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am.
We always try to accommodate early check-ins. Let us know when you are arriving and we will do our best to get you into our room early.
We are located at 1224 Taylor St., Columbia SC, 29201.
Our parking lot is located off of Summer St. and offers 18 spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, we provide covered parking across the street from the hotel in a public garage on Taylor St.
Parking is $15/day if you pay in advance and $18/day if you pay at check-in. If you have any additional questions, please contact the front desk.
